# VGT's listing trade reportedly attracted investors including CIC and Norges Bank Investment Management

According to sources familiar with the matter, VGT's $2.6 billion stock issuance attracted major domestic and international investors, including China Investment Corporation and Norges Bank Investment Management, the world's largest sovereign wealth fund. The company's listing in Hong Kong also drew participation from BlackRock and Fidelity Investments. These institutions acted as buyers in the main order book, not as cornerstone investors.
