# A-share three major indices continue to rise

The Shanghai Composite Index rose above 4,100 points in the afternoon, while the Shenzhen Component Index and ChiNext both gained over 1%, with more than 2,800 stocks rising across the market. The CSI 300 Index climbed 0.5%, reaching its highest level since 2022.
