According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, an Iranian envoy stated that Iran is prepared to negotiate once the United States lifts its naval blockade. The Iranian state media released a video with a caption stating that Iran's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Amir Saeed Illavani, said Tehran is prepared to negotiate immediately after the US ends its naval blockade, emphasizing that Washington must first cease its "violations of the ceasefire agreement."
