The guidelines stipulate that when publishing AI-generated or synthesized content, publishers must actively declare that the content includes generated material. Without legal, explicit, and traceable authorization, it is prohibited to use others' portraits, voices, works, etc., for face-swapping, voice imitation, adaptation, or other AIGC creation activities. Additionally, using unauthorized materials or stolen scripts from others for training or generating content is forbidden.
