# DigiCore Real Estate Trust's distributable income in the first quarter fell by 0.1% to USD 11.67 million | Lianhe Zaobao

DigiCore Real Estate Investment Trust (Digital Core REIT) reported that its distributable income for the first quarter was close to the same period last year, slightly down by 0.1% to USD 11.67 million (approximately SGD 14.86 million).

DigiCore Real Estate Investment Trust Management Company released its first-quarter business report after the market closed on Wednesday (April 22), showing that as of the end of March this year, net rental income decreased by 4.9% year-on-year to USD 21.30 million. Revenue was USD 44.13 million, a slight decline of 0.2% year-on-year.

Net profit attributable to unitholders surged by 160% from USD 2.08 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 to USD 5.40 million.
