Coordinated Blanket Order 51-93 allows eligible ventureissuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) tovoluntarily move from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reportingframework. AC/DC’s fiscal year ends on July 31, 2026. Under the SARpilot program, the Company will be exempt from filing interimfinancial reports and related Management’s Discussion & Analysis(MD&A) for its first and third quarters: - Interim Period: The Company will not file an interimreport for the first quarter (Q1) ending October 31, 2026;and - Interim Period: The Company will not file an interimreport for the third quarter (Q3) ending April 30, 2027; and - Ongoing Reporting: AC/DC will continue to file auditedannual financial statements (due within 120 days of July 31, 2026) andsix-month interim financial reports (due within 60 days of January 31,2027). About AC/DC Battery Metals Inc. acdcbatterymetals.com Nickel Project, British Columbia The Mount Sidney Williams Group consists of three claim blocks with a total area of 10,569 hectares in the area surrounding Mount Sidney Williams, both adjoining and near the Decar project of FPX Nickel Corp., located 100 kilometres northwest of Fort St. James, B.C., in the Omineca mining division. Metallic mineralization includes nickel, cobalt, and chromium. At least some of the nickel mineralization occurs as awaruite. The Mitchell Range Group area claim consists of one claim block covering 8,659 hectares with demonstrated metallic mineralization including nickel, cobalt, and chromium. Nickel cobalt mineralization has not been well explored, but the presence of awaruite has been documented. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Nickel Project.
