# COSCO winds up East West Freight Services

**The subsidiary is expected to be dissolved three months after the lodgement of documents.**

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. said it is winding up East West Freight Services Sdn Bhd.

East West Freight Services, a Malaysia-based company and a dormant subsidiary of SH Cogent Logistics Pte. Ltd., was wound up to streamline the group’s structure across Singapore and Malaysia.

The subsidiary is expected to be dissolved three months after the lodgement of these documents.

Ong Li Hoon of KLM Corporate Services (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as liquidator.

The required returns, including the liquidator’s account of receipts and payments and statements on the winding-up position, were lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver of Malaysia on 22 April.
