On the afternoon of April 23, it was reported that recently, Momenta, a leader in intelligent driving, has secretly submitted its listing application to HKEX and launched its IPO. Prior to initiating the IPO application, Momenta also completed a Pre-IPO financing round of approximately $500 million, with investors including well-known private equity firms such as UAE Stone Venture (Stone Venture), Gaorong Capital, and Gaocheng Capital.
