# Defiance ETFs Files for AI Resilience ETF Targeting Large-Cap Companies

Defiance ETFs has submitted a preliminary prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Defiance US AI Resilience ETF. According to NS3.AI, this passive fund is designed to include approximately 50 large-cap U.S. companies that are perceived to be less susceptible to disruption from artificial intelligence. The ETF will follow the VettaFi US AI Resilience Index and plans to invest at least 80% of its net assets in qualifying companies under typical market conditions. Once the filing is approved, the fund will be listed on Nasdaq.
