# Over 3,000 Listed Companies Release 2025 Annual Reports, Combining Dividends, Share Repurchases, and Shareholder Stake Increases

The disclosure of 2025 annual reports has entered its peak period, with waves of dividends, share repurchases, and shareholder stake increases sweeping across A-share listed companies. According to Wind data, as of the time of this report on April 23, over 3,000 listed companies have released their 2025 annual reports. Among them, more than 2,000 companies plan to distribute annual dividends, while over 100 companies have already set their sights on interim dividends for 2026. At the same time, frequent share repurchase and stake increase actions highlight a markedly increased consciousness among listed companies to return value to investors.
