In addition to Ord Minnett, Charter Hall Retail REIT also received a Buy from Macquarie’s Callum Bramah in a report issued on April 7. However, on April 21, Morgan Stanley maintained a Hold rating on Charter Hall Retail REIT (Frankfurt: MQV).
