The net profit is expected to be 96.2794 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 19.95%. The profit distribution plan approved by the company's board of directors is: based on 106 million as the base, a cash dividend of 2.5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with 0 bonus shares, and 3 shares will be converted from the capital reserve for every 10 shares to all shareholders
