The early settlement with Galantos eliminates future royalty and milestone payments on ZUNVEYL at an estimated ~40% discount to their market value, which simplifies the company’s future cash outflows and strengthens its long‑term economic position without materially weakening its current cash balance.

Selvaraju views the company as adequately funded through its projected cash flow break-even point, reducing financing risk and supporting his unchanged $18 price target.
