# Cambria Gold Mines Announces Premier Assay Results and Spin Out Plan for a US Copper Project

(TheNewswire)

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - April 27, 2026 – Global Stocks News -Sponsored content disseminated on behalf of Cambria Gold Mines. OnApril 21, 2026, Cambria Gold Mines (TSXV: CAMB; OTCID: AOTVF) announced the first results from its ongoing
infill drilling at the Premier Gold Project (PGP), located innorthwestern British Columbia. Highlight intercept: 22 meters @ 17.95 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, including 552.0 g/t gold over 0.5meters.

Cambria Gold Mines began trading on February 13,
2026\. Cambria’s short and long-termbusiness objectives involve the synchronised development of two leadassets in BC’s Golden Triangle.

The Premier Gold Project has paved road access, grid-connected hydroelectric power, and proximity to a deep-water port. Multiple deposits include Premier,Silver Coin, Big Missouri, Dilworth, and Martha Ellen.

Red Mountain isa high-grade underground gold deposit, located approximately 15kilometres northeast of Stewart, BC, within Nisga’a Nation TreatyLands, in BC’s Golden Triangle.

“We intend that the Premier Gold Project will serve as aninfrastructure and processing hub, whileRed Mountain is prioritized asthe initial source of high-confidence mill feed,” Robert McLeod, President and CEOof Cambria Gold Mines, told Guy Bennett, the CEO of Global Stocks News(GSN).

“We have our first drill results from the 2026 seasonat the Premier Gold Project,” stated McLeod in an April 21, 2026, News Explained
YouTube Short. “With our first drill hole,we absolutely nailed it with about 18 grams pertonne over 22 meters. That's very close to true widths. It'sfrom the 602 zone, which is on the western side of the famous PremierGold Mine.”

“We released the first five drill holes of our27,000-meter ongoing infill drilling program at the Premier GoldProject,” added McLeod. “We currently have two drills that areunderground on the opposite side of the ore body, called the PrewZone.”

“This drilling at the 602 Zone is delineatinghigh-grade mineralization, which could be accessed with additionaldevelopment from the recently constructed underground workings at thehistoric Premier Mine,” confirmed McLeod in the April 21 pressrelease. “Two underground drills are currently delineating the PrewZone at Premier; our objective is to establish the strong continuitysimilar to the nine primary shoots that were historically mined at thedeposit.”

Results from the first five diamond drill holescompleted, totalling 1,815 meters, were reported from the “602Zone” of the Premier-Northern Lights deposit. Drilling is focused oninfill of Indicated and Inferred Resources at the Premier deposits toprovide the necessary drill spacing for development planning.

The Cambria geological team believes that the lack ofinfill drilling during development was a critical factor in thedifficulties encountered during the mining operations that led to ashutdown of operations in 2024.

On April 22, 2026 Cambria announced the completion of additional claim staking
at the Mt. Margaret copper-gold porphyry deposit near Randle,
Washington.

The new staking consists of approximately seven squarekilometres of unpatented lode claims surrounding the Cambria’spatented federal claims. The patented claims are held in partnershipwith the United States Federal Government Bureau of LandManagement.

Cambria Gold has been advancing discussions withvarious US Federal Government Departments regarding the futuredirection for the deposit. These discussions have led Cambria toinitiate a plan to “spin out” the copper asset into a new USentity.

“There's a historic resource that was completedprior to National Instrument, 43-101, and shouldn't be reliedupon,” confirmed McLeod in an April 22, 2026 News Explained
YouTube Short. “It's 577 milliontonnes at 0.36 % copper and 0.24g/t Au. This was drilled in the 1970s.The historic resource was established in 1977. The only other work wasdone in 2010 when Ascot Resources completed 10 drill holes, and almostall of them ended in mineralization.” \[See Footnote 1 for fulldisclosure details on the historic resource\]

“Mount Margaret is potentially one of the mostsignificant copper resources in the United States,” added McLeod inthe YouTube video. “It is our intention at Cambria to spin this company out into a newUS-domiciled entity. We expect that to happenwithin the next couple of months. Stay tuned for more news on howwe're going to advance Mount Margaret.”

Mr. Smit was not involved with the 2010drill program by Ascot Resources Ltd. and is relying on the publiclyavailable disclosures and internally available assay and QA/QC files, along with physical review of drill core, to verify the results of the2010 drilling.

Footnote:

- The historical resource estimate wascompleted by Duval Corporation for the Mt. Margaret deposit, with577Mt grading 0.36% Cu, 0.24 g/t Au, 0.011% Mo, and 1.58 g/t Ag(Taylor, 1980 Derkley et al, 1990).1,2 This historic estimation work predates theimplementation of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards ofDisclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI-43-101”) guidelines and was not classified based on currently acceptedreserve and resource classifications as set forth by the CanadianInstitute of Mining and Metallurgy, August 20, 2000 (CIM Guidelines) or the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s RegulationSubpart 1300 of Regulation S-K (“S-K 1300”). Cambria cautions it is nottreating the historic Duval work as a current mineral resourceestimate, and there has been insufficient work completed by aQualified Person to do so at any point in the project’s history. Furthermore, uncertainty regarding cut off grade, metal prices, modelling methodology, or other parameters and assumptions used in theDuval work could impact the reliability of the historic estimation. Cambria still considers the Duval work relevant given the number ofsupporting historical drillholes, many of which were confirmed bysubsequent Ascot drilling in 2010. Further work including additionalinfill drilling, geological modelling, and assay certificate andcollar validation by a Qualified Person pursuant to NI 43-101 would berequired to produce a NI-43-101 or an S-K 1300 compliant resource. There are no guarantees that this additional work would confirm thehistorical resource estimate defined by Duval.
