# Joint Signs Deal to Sell 45 Clinics in California for $2.3 Million

05:59 PM EDT, 04/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Joint (JYNT) said Monday it signed an asset purchase agreement to sell 45 clinics in Southern California to Elite Chiro Group for about $2.3 million.

The clinics are part of its owned portfolio and, upon completion of the deal along with previously announced refranchising transactions, corporate-managed locations will decline to three out of roughly 960 total clinics.

The company said it continues to advance refranchising efforts for its remaining corporate-owned or managed clinics.
