Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. Class H ( (HK:6690) ) has issued an update.

Haier Smart Home has unveiled its 2026 Corporate Value and Return Enhancement Action Plan, aiming to evolve from a traditional home appliance leader into a user-centric, platform-based technology ecosystem enterprise. The company is building a framework of one smart home channel, two customer and user experience platforms, and six core capabilities, including globalization, premiumization, digitalization, intelligentization, ecosystem integration, and greening.

On the revenue side, Haier plans to reinforce its leadership in white goods at home while targeting rapid growth in emerging overseas markets such as India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Brazil. It is also accelerating the integration and expansion of its large HVAC business and cultivating emerging areas like smart home solutions, small appliances, healthcare and elderly care services, and recycling to diversify revenue and drive long-term growth.

On the efficiency side, the company is upgrading its operating model in China through a unified warehousing ToC system and an optimized logistics network to improve inventory turnover and terminal service capabilities. Overseas, Haier is focusing on brand building and upgrading to enhance operational efficiency and better capture global growth opportunities, supporting sustainable, high-quality development and improved investor returns.
