American Rare Earths ( (AU:ARR) ) has issued an announcement.

American Rare Earths has appointed Wheatland resident Brook Brockman as Director of Public and Government Affairs for its Wyoming subsidiary and Denver-based engineer Taylor Cable as Director, Projects & Engineering. The moves are aimed at bolstering local engagement and technical execution for the Halleck Creek rare earths project in Platte and Albany Counties.

Brockman will lead community, government, and business outreach, emphasizing transparent relationships, regulatory alignment with Wyoming priorities, and support for local agriculture, conservation, and workforce initiatives. Cable will guide Halleck Creek’s progression from technical studies into front-end engineering, detailed design, construction, and commissioning, coordinating consultants and vendors to deliver an executable plant design and capital cost framework.

Management said the appointments underscore the company’s commitment to disciplined project delivery and strong local relationships as it advances what it describes as the largest contained rare earths resource in the U.S. With Wyoming positioned as a potential key hub in domestic rare earth supply chains, the enhanced project and stakeholder team is intended to de-risk development and reinforce American Rare Earths’ strategic standing in a mining-friendly jurisdiction.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:ARR) stock is a Buy with a A$0.65 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on American Rare Earths stock, see the AU:ARR Stock Forecast page.
