GenFleet Therapeutics has issued a voluntary statement asserting that its Pan RAS inhibitor candidate GFH276 is based on fully independent and proprietary intellectual property, distancing itself from reported patent and trade secret disputes involving Revolution Medicines and a third party. The company says none of the entities or products mentioned in those disputes are related to GenFleet, and it has built a global patent portfolio for its Pan RAS program, including a core compound patent for GFH276 published in March 2025 with protection expected through 2044.

GFH276 is described as an oral, novel small-molecule Pan RAS (ON) inhibitor that hijacks cyclophilin A to target active, GTP-bound RAS proteins across most wild-type and mutant subtypes, including common KRAS mutations such as G12C, G12D and G12V. Preclinical data indicate dose-dependent antitumor activity and tumor regression in multiple KRAS-mutant models, and the company positions GFH276 as having potential to outperform mainstream switch II pocket-based KRAS inhibitors, underscoring its strategic push to strengthen its competitive position in the oncology drug development landscape.
