# LendingClub Q1 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Up Pre-Bell

04:27 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LendingClub ( LC ) reported Q1 earnings late Monday of $0.44 per diluted share, up from $0.10 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.37.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $252.3 million, up from $217.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $249.1 million.

For Q2, the company expects EPS of $0.40 to $0.45. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.41.

For 2026, LendingClub ( LC ) continues to expect EPS of $1.65 to $1.80. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.74.

The company's shares were up 13% in premarket activity Tuesday.
