The profit distribution plan approved by the company's board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital of 103 million shares, after deducting the repurchased shares of 1.9472 million shares in the repurchase account as of March 31, 2026, the base capital will be 101 million shares, and a cash dividend of 3 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
