Hon Hai Precision Industry ( (HNHPF) ) just unveiled an update.

Hon Hai Precision Industry’s subsidiary Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has approved a cash investment of USD 22.9 million to acquire additional shares of Fulian Precision Technology Component Company Limited, bringing its total investment in the unit to about USD 678 million and maintaining full 100% ownership with no restrictions on rights.
