# UraniumX Discovery Enters Into Option Agreement With Pond Technologies Regarding Zoo Bay Uranium Project

07:10 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UraniumX Discovery ( STMXF ) entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with Pond Technologies Holdings, with the parties intending to enter into an option agreement regarding UraniumX's Zoo Bay Uranium project, it said overnight Monday.

The LOI will form the basis under which Pond will engage in a "change of business" and "RTO" in connection with the TSX Venture Exchange policies, it added.

Shares of the company edged down 4% to $0.12 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
