Here's Why This Analyst Still Sees A Way In Shares in Opendoor Technologies (OPEN), the residential real estate online platform, have declined by roughly 32% over the last half-year period. However, after a very wild rally in 2025, Opendoor's shares have struggled this year and are down about 8% since the start of January. The slump has been tempered by a number of price jumps seen this month, including a more than 9% climb on April 16.
