GoldArc Resources has consolidated full ownership of the Mt Stirling gold project at Leonora North by acquiring the remaining 10% joint venture interest, while securing a profit-share based cash advance facility that avoids shareholder dilution. Partner BML Ventures has fully funded a substantial grade control drilling program and initial results, including high-grade intercepts from both diamond and reverse circulation drilling, support continuity of mineralisation ahead of planned open-pit mining.

At Leonora South, GoldArc completed maiden reverse circulation and aircore programs that confirmed new gold systems across several underexplored prospects, including Whistler, Woodpecker and Euroa.
