SIIC Environment Holdings ( (SG:BHK) ) has shared an update.

SIIC Environment Holdings has issued a supplemental announcement related to its previously disclosed acquisition of 100% equity interests in certain target companies. The company has prepared unaudited pro forma financial information to illustrate the potential impact of the acquisition on its financial position as at 31 December 2025 and its 2025 statement of comprehensive income, using accounting policies consistent with its latest annual report.

The group also clarified clerical errors in an earlier announcement regarding the presentation currency of net tangible assets, profit attributable to shareholders, net tangible assets per share, and earnings per share. These amounts should have been denominated in RMB instead of RMB’000, and the per-share figures in RMB instead of RMB cents, with the revised pro forma statement detailing adjusted cash, receivables, and concession assets following the acquisition and related consideration.
