We maintain our Buy opinion on AWI and our 12-month target price of $224 following Q1 2026 earnings. This is calculated using a forward P/E of 23x our 2027 EPS estimate, a premium to AWI's five-year forward average of 18x on forecasted sales/margin expansion, new project wins, and acquisitions. We lower our 2026 EPS estimate to $8.23 from $8.44 and maintain our 2027 EPS estimate at $9.74. While cost pressures hindered the Architectural Specialties segment, the quarter overall saw strong top-line growth (7.1%) as pricing and mix both favored AWI. The company's overall 2026 guidance was largely maintained, but it did raise its adjusted EPS guidance for the year to a range of $8.15 to $8.45 (previous range was $8.05 to $8.35). Management alluded to stability in its key markets and its optimism regarding order intake.
