# Apple delivers strong quarter with upbeat outlook

Apple Inc. put up a strong quarter, but what really stood out wasn't just the numbers, it was the tone of what comes next.

The company beat expectations for fiscal Q2, helped by steady iPhone demand, but the real surprise came with its outlook. Apple is now guiding for 14% to 17% revenue growth next quarter, well ahead of what the Street was expecting. And then there's margins. Gross margins are projected at 47.5% to 48.5%, which is impressive considering memory costs are going up. That was one of the biggest worries coming in, and Apple basically just brushed it aside.

Analysts picked up on that quickly. There's a growing sense that demand is holding up better than expected, especially across iPhones and Macs. Some of that is also tied to AI-related usage, with devices like the Mac mini and MacBook Neo seeing stronger traction. But beyond products, Apple's scale is doing a lot of the work here. It's managing supply and costs in a way that others are struggling to match.
