Yunfeng Financial announced that it has completed a strategic investment in WooshPay, a cross-border payment service provider, with the specific amount undisclosed. WooshPay is a financial infrastructure platform regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. Yunfeng Financial stated that this investment aims to expand its presence in the digital payments market and integrate its digital asset infrastructure platform, AlphaToken, to advance its "AI + Web3" asset tokenization and compliant settlement business. It was also disclosed that Yunfeng Financial has obtained approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide virtual asset trading services, supporting users to trade digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum on its platform.
