Graphex Group Limited plans to change its place of incorporation from the Cayman Islands to Hong Kong under the forthcoming Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 2025. The company will apply to the Hong Kong Companies Registry for re-domiciliation and, once approved, seek deregistration in the Cayman Islands.
