# News: Jitai Technology raises $250 million in its IPO

Nanomaterials analysis company **Jitai Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.** (7666.HK) **launched** its Hong Kong IPO on Tuesday, planning to issue 201 million shares at HKD 10.5 per share, raising approximately HKD 2 billion. The subscription deadline is May 8, with listing on May 13.

Based on the IPO issue price, the company's market capitalization will reach approximately HKD 12 billion. Eighteen cornerstone investors, including BlackRock, UBS, Mirae Asset Securities, and ORIX Asia, subscribed to 110 million shares, accounting for about 55% of the total offering.

The company plans to use half of the raised funds for research and development, 20% for clinical trials, and 10% for developing animal health and anti-aging businesses. Jitai Technology's revenue reached CNY 105 million last year, a significant increase from CNY 1.5 million in 2024. During this period, losses narrowed from CNY 499 million in 2024 to CNY 392 million last year.
