# Douglas Dynamics Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; 2026 Guidance Increased

04:14 AM EDT, 05/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Douglas Dynamics ( PLOW ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.09 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.14.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $137.8 million, up from $115.1 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $133.3 million.

The company raised its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $2.55 to $3.05 from its prior range of $2.25 to $2.85. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.61.

Douglas Dynamics ( PLOW ) also raised its full-year net sales outlook to $750 million to $795 million from its previous range of $710 million to $760 million. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $731.4 million.
