Mary Chia Holdings Limited ( (SG:5OX) ) just unveiled an update.

Mary Chia Holdings has disclosed that its dispute with lender Fullink Capital over sums claimed under statutory demands has escalated into multiple insolvency proceedings involving the company, its wholly owned subsidiary Organica International Holdings and two key executives, Chief Executive Officer Ho Yow Ping and Chief Financial Officer Su Jun Ming. The group and related parties have already filed an originating application seeking court declarations on the enforceability of parts of Fullink’s claim and intend to seek a stay of the insolvency actions pending that outcome, while warning investors that the financial impact cannot yet be reliably quantified and advising caution in trading its shares amid ongoing judicial proceedings.

The company notes that Fullink proceeded with insolvency filings after being informed of the dispute and of the court application, highlighting a legal standoff that could influence Mary Chia’s capital structure, solvency profile and stakeholder confidence depending on how the Singapore courts ultimately rule. A case management conference has been scheduled for early May in relation to both the declaratory application and the winding-up case against the company, and Mary Chia has pledged to provide further updates in line with Catalist disclosure rules as the matter develops.
