**Market Overview**

▪ During intraday trading in Hong Kong, the three major indices showed divergent performance.

▪ As of now, the Hang Seng Index stands at 26,042 points, up 0.55%, rising for two consecutive days;

▪ The Hang Seng Tech Index reported 4,988.32 points during the session, with its gain widening to 1.19%;

▪ The SOE Index stood at 8,757.2 points, up 0.31% during the session, also continuing its rebound trend.

**Sector Performance**

**Semiconductor Sector Surges Collectively; Montage Technology Rises Nearly 18%**

▪ Montage Technology (06809.HK) rose 17.79% to HK$324.4, with turnover nearing HK$870 million;

▪ ILUVATAR COREX (09903.HK) rose 16.61% to HK$649.5, with turnover nearing HK$500 million;

▪ GigaDevice (03986.HK) rose 14.38% to HK$533;

▪ Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) rose 11.76% to HK$133, with turnover exceeding HK$2.1 billion;

▪ SMIC (00981.HK) rose 10.81% to HK$78.45, with turnover of approximately HK$7.85 billion, ranking first in city-wide turnover.

▪ On the news front, AMD released its Q1 2026 financial results, reporting revenue of $10.25 billion, a year-on-year increase of 38%, surpassing the market expectation of $9.9 billion. Data center business revenue grew 57% year-on-year, becoming the main growth engine. The company provided strong guidance for Q2, expecting revenue to reach $11.2 billion, far exceeding analysts' expectations of $10.5 billion. Driven by this, AMD jumped over 10% in after-hours trading, and the U.S. chip index closed at a record high, with Micron and SanDisk both rising more than 10%. Huafu Securities pointed out that the tech bull market is resonating globally, and the performance of domestic computing power companies is beginning to materialize.

**PCB and Electronic Manufacturing Sectors Strengthen; Kingboard Laminates Rises Over 9%**

▪ FIT Hon Teng (06088.HK) rose 4.73% to HK$8.41;

▪ ASMPT (00522.HK) rose 6.18% to HK$173.4;

▪ ZTE Corporation (00763.HK) rose 8.05% to HK$28.18.

▪ The continuous expansion of AI computing demand, coupled with news such as Apple negotiating chip foundry services, has driven simultaneous strength across the upstream and downstream semiconductor supply chain.

**Automobile and Oil & Gas Stocks Fall Against the Trend; Geely Auto Drops 4%**

▪ BYD Company (01211.HK) fell 1.58% to HK$99.4;
