# CR BLDG MAT TEC: KPMG resigns as independent auditor, recommends appointing Crowe as independent auditor

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 6th, CR BLDG MAT TEC (01313) announced that KPMG has served as the company's independent auditor since May 2023 and will resign after the company's annual general meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026.

In light of KPMG's planned resignation, the company has conducted a selection process for audit services. Based on the results of the aforementioned process and the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of RSM Hong Kong as the company's independent auditor after KPMG's resignation, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting.
