# TIC Solutions Q1 Net Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Reaffirms Full-Year 2026 Guidance

09:15 AM EDT, 05/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TIC Solutions ( TIC ) reported a Q1 net loss Wednesday of $0.19 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.21 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $488 million, up from $234.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $474.9 million.

The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $2.15 billion to $2.25 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.18 billion.

Shares of the company were up 7.5% in Wednesday premarket trading.
