# Grupo Carso buys additional 5% stake in Mexico's Zama oilfield from Harbour Energy

MEXICO CITY, May 6 (Reuters) - Mexico's Grupo Carso said on Wednesday it has sealed a binding agreement with Harbour Energy ( PMOIF ) to buy via a subsidiary an additional 5% stake in the Zama oilfield, situated in the Gulf of Mexico, for $75.25 million.
