In a report released today, Brendan Lynch from Barclays maintained a Hold rating on Cubesmart, with a price target of $45.00.

According to TipRanks, Lynch is an analyst with an average return of \-1.3% and a 45.13% success rate. Lynch covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as CBRE Group, Public Storage, and Cubesmart.

In addition to Barclays, Cubesmart also received a Hold from Scotiabank’s Viktor Fediv in a report issued on May 1. However, on May 4, RBC Capital maintained a Buy rating on Cubesmart (NYSE: CUBE).
