# Scorpio Tankers Plans $150 Million Notes Offering

03:58 AM EDT, 05/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Scorpio Tankers ( STNG ) plans to offer $150 million of 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2031 via a private placement, the company said late Thursday.

The notes will form part of the same series as the $375 million of 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2031 issued on April 10, Scorpio said.

The initial purchasers will have a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of notes.

The notes will be convertible at an initial rate of $100.39 per share, Scorpio said.

Net proceeds will be used for share repurchases and general corporate purposes, the company said.
