# Ubiquiti Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Down

07:40 AM EDT, 05/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ubiquiti ( UI ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income Friday of $3.88 per diluted share, up from $3 a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $4.29.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $788.2 million, up from $664.2 million a year earlier.

An analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $814.3 million.

The company's shares were down 4.7% in recent premarket trading.
