China Gold International Resources ( (TSE:CGG) ) has shared an update.

China Gold International Resources has extended a series of key framework and supply agreements with its controlling shareholder China National Gold and related parties to 31 December 2029, including its overarching products and services framework and a doré purchase and sale contract for its Inner Mongolia Pacific subsidiary. These renewals aim to secure continuity of product offtake and operational support but are classified as major and continuing connected transactions under Hong Kong Listing Rules, requiring shareholder approval and ongoing independent oversight.

The company also amended its financial services arrangements with China Gold Finance, revising deposit and loan caps, updating pricing terms and prolonging the agreement to the end of 2029 while keeping most other conditions unchanged. While lending services and certain settlement offerings are exempt from independent shareholder approval due to their terms and scale, the enlarged deposit cap and related deposit services are treated as major connected transactions, heightening regulatory scrutiny and governance requirements for these intra-group funding arrangements.
