From continental Europe, the gainers were led by telecommunications company Nokia ( NOK ) and biotech firm Evaxion ( EVAX ) , which rose 4.7% and 4.4% respectively. They were followed by oil and gas company Eni (E) and lender Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria ( BBVA ) , which increased 2.6% and 2.5% respectively. The decliners from continental Europe were led by software firm SAP (SAP) and semiconductor firm Sequans Communications ( SQNS ) , which fell 1.6% and 1.2% respectively. They were followed by biopharmaceutical company DBV Technologies ( DBVT ) and internet browser company Opera (OPRA), which were off 1% and 0.9% respectively. The gainers from the UK were led by Lloyds Banking Group ( LYG ) , which rose 3%.
