# WeRide Inc. to Hold Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2026

WeRide Inc., a leading company in autonomous driving technology, will convene its annual general meeting (AGM) on June 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Beijing time. The meeting will be held at 16/F, Tower A, KWG Flourishing Biotech Square, 68 Luoxuan Boulevard, Guangzhou International Biotech Island, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, PRC. Shareholders and American depositary shares (ADSs) holders are encouraged to vote in favor of the Proposed Resolutions outlined in the AGM Notice available on the company's website.
