04:16 AM EDT, 05/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apollo Global Management ( APO ) is in discussions with potential buyers to sell its MidCap Financial Investment ( MFIC ) business development company, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Apollo values the business -- a kind of private credit fund -- at around $3 billion, the unnamed sources told the publication.

The buyer could to be another business development company, according to the report.

Apollo and MidCap didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
