Shareholders of IDT International Limited overwhelmingly approved all resolutions at the company’s 2025 annual general meeting held on 11 May 2026, including adoption of the 2025 audited accounts and the re-election of independent non-executive directors Ms. Chen Weijie and Mr. Mak Tin Sang.
