# FireFly completes in-specie distribution of Bellavista shares to eligible shareholders

For every 12.8 shares of FireFly held, eligible shareholders will receive one Bellavista share. This exchange ratio ensures that each shareholder holding FireFly shares will receive the equivalent of one Bellavista share for approximately every 12.8 FireFly shares they possess.
