# Vestis Swings to Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Declines; Fiscal 2026 Revenue Outlook Updated

07:42 AM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vestis ( VSTS ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.16 per diluted share, swinging from $0.05 in adjusted loss a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.08.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 3 was $659.4 million, down from $665.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $655.3 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company now expects a flat to a 1% decline in revenue, compared with its previous forecast of a 1% to 2% decline.

Shares of Vestis ( VSTS ) were up more than 9% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
