Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC has confirmed that its unaudited net asset value per ordinary share was 53.32p as at 31 March 2026, and a final dividend of 0.60p per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be paid on 15 May 2026. For shareholders enrolled in its Dividend Investment Scheme by 1 May 2026, this dividend will be reinvested into new ordinary shares at a price based on the latest NAV.
