# Venu Reports Expansion Plan Into Tennessee With $300 Million Amphitheater

10:42 AM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Venu ( VENU ) said Tuesday it has entered into an agreement to buy 15 acres of land for a planned expansion into Tennessee to develop an amphitheater at the Bend in Chattanooga.

The development is expected to represent $300 million in total investment, and will be named Sunset Amphitheater Chattanooga, the company said.

The venue will have about 12,500 seats, making it one of the largest live entertainment venues in Tennessee, it said, adding that it will be developed in partnership with Urban Story Ventures.
