# TORM Q1 Earnings, Time Charter Equivalent Earnings Rise; 2026 Time Charter Equivalent Earnings Outlook Raised

03:43 AM EDT, 05/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TORM ( TRMD ) reported Q1 earnings Wednesday of $1.21 per share, up from $0.64 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.33.

Time charter equivalent earnings for the quarter ended March 31 were $286 million, up from $214 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $297.4 million.

The company said it now expects 2026 time charter equivalent earnings in the range of $1.15 billion to $1.45 billion, up from its prior range of $850 million to $1.25 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.21 billion.

Shares of the company were up 2.2% in premarket trade.
