Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels ( (HK:0045) ) has issued an update.

Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels has formalised updated terms of reference for its Finance and Investment Committee, effective 13 May 2026, setting a minimum of five members that must include a mix of Non-Executive, Independent Non-Executive and Executive Directors. The committee will meet quarterly and as needed, with strict quorum rules and written resolutions adopted by all members.

The committee’s mandate covers reviewing strategic opportunities and major investment proposals, overseeing financial performance, policies and budgets, and advising the board on issues with significant financial impact.
